emotions and expand your leadership ability. I listen carefully to you, make you aware of essential
points, ask about your feelings and illuminate with sensitivity which ways of thinking are in contrast to
your inner freedom. With intuitive exercises you will develop a new inner coherence of thinking and
feeling: your unique leadership style.
Book a free initial consultation via the booking calendar or request by mail and choose your coaching
package in the initial consultation.
You can book a 3-month package online or in person or a 3-day coaching online, in Berlin or at
different locations around the Mediterranean Sea.
3-Days-Coaching

In the first meeting you briefly explain your situation and make a decision.
You describe what you are already doing well and what needs to be improved.
We define your coaching assignment.
Then you choose where your coaching will take place, either
★ By The Sea. You choose a Mediterranean location from my suggestions or.
★ in Berlin. We walk through Berlin on urban and green paths. We pause in the most beautiful cafes
of this city, always with an eye on your coaching topics
★ Online. For Zoom (or Microsoft Teams) coaching sessions you need a PC, a comfortable chair and
a notebook.
★ One coaching follow-up call each.
You enjoy 3x4 h in total = 12h coaching with each package.
3-Month-Package
